Do you offer late checkout?
We do offer late check out for GLAMPING for £20.

What is the latest check in time?
Please call on the day of arrival, and we will pop your wagon lights on and confirm directions.

Do all the glamping Wagons come with hot tubs?
Wellington and Hodnet have wood-fired hot tubs to be used exclusively by the customer who has hired it.
Peplow is the ideal Glamping Wagon for customers who do not want a hot tub.

What is the minimum stay?
We have a2-night minimum stay

Can I bring my own portable BBQ?
We provide BBQ's from Spring to Autumn

Do you have Wagons that will accommodate more than 2 adults?
No, the maximum occupancy to a Wagon is 2 adults

Do the wagons have cooking facilities?
Yes, all our wagons have a kitchenette with small electric oven and plug-in hob and all the cooking utensils you need. They are also equipped with a fridge, microwave, toaster, and kettle.

Outside there is a BBQ (Spring – Autumn only)

Do you provide cutlery and crockery?
Yes, they have everything you need.

Will the hot tubs be ready to use on arrival?
The hot-tubs will be filled with water and ready for you to light the burner – it's all part of your experience!

Are bedding and towels provided?
All bed linen, towels and tea towels are provided.

In Wellington and Hodnet, bathrobes are also provided for your hot tub use.

Do you allow pets in the glamping pods?
Yes, one small dog is allowed in our glamping wagon – this will incur a £20 charge for extra cleaning.

When do we pay the remaining balance?
The remaining balance for glamping bookings is always due 6 weeks prior to your arrival. A reminder will automatic be sent to you and you can pay by calling 01270 812677

If you do not pay in the required time frame, your booking will be removed from the system and resold.

Is the deposit re-fundable?
Please check our cancellation policy in our terms and conditions prior to making a booking.

Is there anywhere to eat and drink on site?
Yes, Café at Bridge 80 is open every day from 9.30am till 4pm

Where is the nearest cash machine?
The nearest cash machine is in Audlem, 5 minutes' drive away.

Where is the nearest convenience shop?
We sell lots of groceries in reception, including milk!

The nearest convenience store is the Co-op in Audlem, a 5-minute drive / 20 minute walk. Here you will also find several independent shops, including a butchers and chocolate shop!

Larger supermarkets in available in Nantwich and Whitchurch – just ask at reception for details.

Where is the nearest train station?
Nantwich is the closest station to Overwater.

Crewe station is approximately a 20-minute drive.

Do taxis run to Overwater?
Taxis are available in the local area; ask at reception for details or call us in advance on 01270 812677.
